1:1 sessions — online & in person (Malta)

Introduction

My work is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body.

Through one-to-one sessions, I support you in restoring balance, safety and awareness using body-based and somatic practices. Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment — there is no fixed protocol and nothing you need to achieve.

I work online and in person, offering a grounded, respectful space where you can meet yourself at your own pace.

How we can work together

All my offerings are available as 1:1 sessions.
Sessions can take place online or in person in Malta.

1:1 Somatic Healing & Breathwork

These sessions focus on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness and gentle release.

Using breathwork and somatic guidance, we work with sensations, breath and presence rather than analysing or forcing change. This allows the body to soften and reorganise in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Sessions may include:

  • Conscious, guided breathwork
  • Somatic awareness and body-based guidance
  • Grounding and regulation practices
  • Time for integration and rest

This work can be supportive if you experience:

  • chronic stress or burnout
  • emotional overwhelm
  • difficulty feeling grounded or present
  • a sense of disconnection from your body

Each session is slow, attuned and shaped around your boundaries.

1:1 Yoga & Pilates — Embodied Movement

These sessions combine yoga and Pilates with a strong focus on embodied awareness rather than performance.

Movement is used as a tool to:

  • reconnect with your body
  • build strength with softness
  • support posture and stability
  • deepen the relationship between breath and movement

Sessions are adapted to your body, energy and needs on the day.
This is not about pushing or correcting — but about listening and responding.


Breathwork (1:1) Breathwork offers a direct gateway into the body and the nervous system.

In one-to-one breathwork sessions, we work with the breath to access deeper layers of awareness, release and clarity. The process is always guided, paced and attuned to your capacity.

Breathwork can support:

  • emotional processing
  • stress release
  • increased vitality
  • deeper connection to self

Each session includes time for grounding and integration.

Online & In-Person Sessions

Online sessions

  • Accessible wherever you are
  • Effective for somatic guidance and breathwork
  • Ideal if you prefer working from your own space

In-person sessions (Malta)

  • Hands-on guidance when appropriate
  • Deeper body-based support
  • A grounded, contained setting

What to expect in a session

Each session is a gentle, guided process shaped around your needs and boundaries.

We begin by taking a moment to arrive — checking in with how you are feeling and what your body needs that day. There is no fixed agenda and nothing you need to prepare or perform.

Sessions may include breathwork, slow movement, stillness or somatic guidance. Everything is offered as an invitation, never as a demand. You remain in control at all times and are free to pause, adjust or stop whenever needed.

Emotions, sensations or memories may arise, or the session may feel subtle and quiet. All experiences are welcome. Integration and grounding are always part of the process.

This work is complementary and supportive in nature. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment.
